Uşak Kireç was established in 2014 as a twin-shaft vertical kiln facility on a total area of 105,000 m², including 2,500 m² of indoor space. With its high-quality raw materials, advanced technology, and meticulous production processes, it has a daily production capacity of 300 tons of quicklime.

Our Facilities

Lime Plant;
Our plant operates in the Sivaslı district of Uşak. The facility is located on a total area of 105,000 m² and consists of a circular-section, parallel-flow, twin-shaft regenerative kiln and auxiliary facilities with 2,500 m² of enclosed space. Our production capacity is 300 tons per day, and quicklime is supplied in micronized ground, granular, or lump form according to our customers’ requirements. In line with our customer-focused approach, production is carried out to meet the requested quality standards and particle sizes.

Due to the high quality of our lime, it is particularly preferred in the construction, metallurgy, mining, and chemical industries. In addition to production quality, occupational safety and environmental conditions are also given the utmost importance at our plant. In this regard, uncompromising control mechanisms exceeding legal requirements have been established.

Crusher Plant;
Our crusher plant operates in the Çivril district of Denizli. At our facility, which has a daily production capacity of 2,000 tons, we process high-quality limestone extracted from natural reserves. We operate four quarries in the region that meet the required chemical and physical specifications.

Our facility produces concrete and asphalt aggregates as well as limestone, and can manufacture materials in various sizes upon request for applications such as roads, sub-base layers, infrastructure, precast concrete, drainage, and similar purposes.
